How often should I have my house washed?
We recommend exterior house washing every 1-2 years depending on your environment. Homes in shaded or humid areas may benefit from annual cleaning to prevent algae and mildew buildup.
Will a soft wash damage my siding?
No. Soft washing runs at low pressure (under 500 PSI) and lets the cleaning solution do the work, which is why it's the safe choice for vinyl, painted wood, and stucco.
What precautions do you take to protect plants and pets?
Our cleaning process uses professional-strength solutions that can be harsh on plants and pets. We take precautions by pre-rinsing landscaping, covering delicate plants, and asking that pets be kept inside during service. We always rinse treated areas thoroughly when finished.
